It's a personal craft cutter. You can cut pretty much any shape out of cardstock, paper, vinyl, etc. It's pretty cool! I've made dielines for pretty much anything from envelopes, boxes, flourishes, flowers, snowflakes, sayings, etc.
kind of like the cricut?
